Service was very good,  the drivers we had were punctual and friendly. They got everything loaded up fast and were very quick to unload as well, making sure to take note of boxes marked as containing fragile items and being cautious when handling these. We were even able to stop off along the way to pick up a large furniture item we had purchased off of an online marketplace. I would strongly recommend!

Used twice for moving goods into storage, then second time out again and up to a 6th storey flat (had a lift!).
Both times the guys (2 different crews) were brilliant! Could not do enough to get job done. Highly recommend and I will certainly be using again when needed. I considered price I paid was excellent value for 2 guys and a Luton. Van hire would have cost more!

Perhaps the worst service I've ever received. Upon making making the quote for a specific time and receiving confirmation that it was all ok, I heard nothing until I had to chase them for it. They then said that time slot was no longer available, which totally ruined all my plans, as it was 3 hours later they were sending someone. They notified me of every little thing across every platform, spamming my emails, texts, whatsapps and calls to update me on nothing of relevance. Then a totally seperate person started to message me asking for all the details I had already inputted, for a totally different person who was then my driver, who also asked for these details seperately. The driver was also then an hour late, did minimum effort leaving myself to do 90% of the heavy lifting with barely any communication and 0 structure to it. It felt like he was purposely trying to take longer so that id have to pay more (as each additional hour you are charged for). I requested a lift with the van to both get there at the same time, to which the seatbelts Did Not work... Upon arriving, he drove up onto the pavement blocking it entirely, then proceeded to pull all my belongings out the van, onto the floor next to it - in the rain, which he said "in my experience this is faster", as my belongings and boxes got wet and dirty. Once again doing his best to avoid lifting anything and telling me to grab things out the van, only to then pile them infront of peoples apartment doorways, whilst leaving my things unoccupied at the van at what was now 8pm in Manchester. At no point did i feel personally safe, or that my belongings were. He then continued to pile things at the bottom of the stairs of the apartment, blocking every entrance way with my things as people were trying to get by, to which if I hadn't ran everything up the stairs, it would of cost us an additional hour. Literally dripping with sweat, whilst still needing do a night shift afterwards... To top it off, the guy said we should of paid him directly going around the company because "the company screw both you and me" and in future contact him through his personal number which I was spammed with before for a cheaper deal. I couldn't think of worse service from both the driver, or the company. I could Not tell you what i paid over £200 for when I did all the work. Never again.

Poor Service
We were very let down by this company. Booked a large van to move our stuff from Sheffield. The small van arrived 3 hours late from Manchester. We had damaged furniture, & had to move most of the smaller bits ourselves, as the drivers time was up. Very disappointed. They had no covers, no wheels, ropes or anything. Just a dirty old van. Dodgy Scammers
I used your services to move. The experience was terrible. The move was booked for 10am. I got a call saying it was delayed until 2pm. I was promised it wouldn't be later than this. At 3pm I got a call from the driver saying he was lost and I had to walk 15 minutes to a pub to show him the way. He didn't help move anything, just rearranged the stuff in the van. I had to do everything. 

Then he demanded an extra £40 because he had come such a long way. Are you serious? You turn up 5 hours late, then expect ME to pay for it?

I said I would give him £20 but he was rude and aggressive and I ended up giving him £30.

When we got there again he did nothing while I took all the stuff into the house.

Then he phoned me at 9.30pm that night chasing payment for the full £129 amount. I already paid this.

This whole experience has been awful.

I sent you an email about this and asked for £10 refund. I shouldn't have had to pay any extra money at all and all I asked for back was £10. You ignored me. I emailed you again and you ignored me again. 

Looking at the reviews I can see that you have a company policy of totally ignoring any complaints and blocking people who want to speak to someone about a negative experience. 

You are clearly vermin and I have had enough of my time wasted with you. Either email me back in the next few days telling me you have refunded the £10 I asked for or I will look at taking you to court for the full amount plus expenses or possibly speaking to my bank about recovering the money through them.

Do not reply to this and give your usual fake 'We are so sorry about this - it's not our usual level of service, please contact us so we can make it right' rubbish. This is absolutely your normal level of service as many reviews all over the web testify to.

Refund my money in the next few days or I will take one of the steps above.
