⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Absolutely Outstanding Service!

I honestly cannot praise Keevan and his team at Hello Vans highly enough! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic and made what could have been a very stressful moving day so much easier.

Keevan was my main mover, assisted by his team, and every single one of them was friendly, professional, hardworking and incredibly helpful.

I was a little behind with my packing, but rather than making me feel rushed, they happily stepped in to help wrap and secure items that weren’t quite ready. They treated all my belongings with genuine care and attention, making sure everything was properly protected and handled safely from collection right through to delivery.

They even reassembled my bed at the new property and offered helpful advice on where best to position furniture, which I really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble for them!

What impressed me just as much was their work ethic. They were incredibly efficient, worked at an amazing pace and barely stopped for a moment. They simply got on with the job, making sure everything was done properly.

Moving house is never easy, but Keevan and his team genuinely took so much of the pressure away. Their professionalism, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.

I genuinely cannot fault them in any way. An absolutely brilliant team who clearly take pride in their work.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hello Vans again and will certainly be recommending them, particularly Keevan and his team, to all my friends and family.

Horrific service and careless movers
The entire experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The movers were rude, unprofessional, and utterly careless with my belongings; multiple items, including mirrors, lamps, and my TV, were damaged. They were late without notifying me, took unnecessary breaks (even ordering food), and left critical items behind during the move, requiring me to go back and retrieve them in their van, despite my disability. The team was unprepared, lacking necessary materials and even proper insurance for 2/3 men, which they admitted caused their hostility. Customer service has not responded to my requests for a refund or compensation after a week. Overall, this was a severely stressful and unacceptable service.

Poor Service
We were very let down by this company. Booked a large van to move our stuff from Sheffield. The small van arrived 3 hours late from Manchester. We had damaged furniture, & had to move most of the smaller bits ourselves, as the drivers time was up. Very disappointed. They had no covers, no wheels, ropes or anything. Just a dirty old van. And all our things squashed in.

Dodgy Scammers
I used your services to move. The experience was terrible. The move was booked for 10am. I got a call saying it was delayed until 2pm. I was promised it wouldn't be later than this. At 3pm I got a call from the driver saying he was lost and I had to walk 15 minutes to a pub to show him the way. He didn't help move anything, just rearranged the stuff in the van. I had to do everything. 

Then he demanded an extra £40 because he had come such a long way. Are you serious? You turn up 5 hours late, then expect ME to pay for it?

I said I would give him £20 but he was rude and aggressive and I ended up giving him £30.

When we got there again he did nothing while I took all the stuff into the house.

Then he phoned me at 9.30pm that night chasing payment for the full £129 amount. I already paid this.

This whole experience has been awful.

I sent you an email about this and asked for £10 refund. I shouldn't have had to pay any extra money at all and all I asked for back was £10. You ignored me. I emailed you again and you ignored me again. 

Looking at the reviews I can see that you have a company policy of totally ignoring any complaints and blocking people who want to speak to someone about a negative experience. 

You are clearly vermin and I have had enough of my time wasted with you. Either email me back in the next few days telling me you have refunded the £10 I asked for or I will look at taking you to court for the full amount plus expenses or possibly speaking to my bank about recovering the money through them.

Do not reply to this and give your usual fake 'We are so sorry about this - it's not our usual level of service, please contact us so we can make it right' rubbish. This is absolutely your normal level of service as many reviews all over the web testify to.

Refund my money in the next few days or I will take one of the steps above.
