Cancelation Policy

Hellovans.com recognizes that moving plans can change, often due to circumstances beyond your control.

To accommodate these changes, we offer a 3-day cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made with at least 72 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds for bookings made online and paid by card will be processed back to the original card used. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear on your card.

How to Cancel a Booking:

To ensure a full refund, we require a formal cancellation notice through one of the following methods:

  • Phone: Call our office at 020 3633 8267
  • Email: Send an email to [email protected]
  • Service Provider: Contact the service provider directly to confirm the cancellation.

Please note, if your cancellation is made within 72 hours of the moving date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
