Unfortunately my wife asked for this company to come and move a cabinet from our bedroom to the lounge. They damaged a wall in doing so as they did not disassemble the furniture piece to begin with. They then denied this - she had two small children crying with her as they were threatening and aggressive. They demanded payment and said they would not leave the home. They  are now denying the damage and have offered 40 pound compensation - the full money was given and only part of the job done. Am waiting to hear from the management team. I hope they resolve this professionally and I will update on what they have done. For now avoid this company.

Gave me the absolute run around trying to make a booking. Asked me to make a booking saying they would reduce the price, based on photos but then took the payment anyway and then asked for more money. Different information from each employee and passed from pillar to post, constantly told I’d be contacted ‘in an hour’, only to have to ring myself a few hours later. Only saving grace was I could cancel and they refunded me.

After my awful experience with Anyvan on the day, I needed an urgent response and Hellovan was just God sent. The driver was very kind and so helpful. I would recommend this company over and over again. Plus they don't charge per item but per hour for house removals. Which makes a huge difference on the budget.

Poor Service We were very let down by this company. Booked a large van to move our stuff from Sheffield. The small van arrived 3 hours late from Manchester. We had damaged furniture, & had to move most of the smaller bits ourselves, as the drivers time was up. Very disappointed. They had no covers, no wheels, ropes or anything. Just a dirty old van. Dodgy Scammers I used your services to move. The experience was terrible. The move was booked for 10am. I got a call saying it was delayed until 2pm. I was promised it wouldn't be later than this. At 3pm I got a call from the driver saying he was lost and I had to walk 15 minutes to a pub to show him the way. He didn't help move anything, just rearranged the stuff in the van. I had to do everything. Then he demanded an extra £40 because he had come such a long way. Are you serious? You turn up 5 hours late, then expect ME to pay for it? I said I would give him £20 but he was rude and aggressive and I ended up giving him £30. When we got there again he did nothing while I took all the stuff into the house. Then he phoned me at 9.30pm that night chasing payment for the full £129 amount. I already paid this. This whole experience has been awful. I sent you an email about this and asked for £10 refund. I shouldn't have had to pay any extra money at all and all I asked for back was £10. You ignored me. I emailed you again and you ignored me again. Looking at the reviews I can see that you have a company policy of totally ignoring any complaints and blocking people who want to speak to someone about a negative experience. You are clearly vermin and I have had enough of my time wasted with you. Either email me back in the next few days telling me you have refunded the £10 I asked for or I will look at taking you to court for the full amount plus expenses or possibly speaking to my bank about recovering the money through them. Do not reply to this and give your usual fake 'We are so sorry about this - it's not our usual level of service, please contact us so we can make it right' rubbish. This is absolutely your normal level of service as many reviews all over the web testify to. Refund my money in the next few days or I will take one of the steps above.
